Advantages: Very adjustable grinding levels. Heavy-duty and reliable.
Disadvantages: Very noisy while grinding.

I've had this grinder for almost 4 years, and it has been completely reliable and problem-free. It's still working great, so I anticipate having it for a good long time. It is extremely adjustable as far as the level of grind, with a huge range from very fine to very coarse.
