Alienware Area-51 M9750

These gaming laptops get incredibly hot and fry the components. I've had both memory chips replaced, video board replaced twice, and my motherboard. Even using a cooling rack it still gets too hot to touch on the bottom. Because I'm paralyzed I specifically asked for a warranty that would have someone come to my house. I was told that the on-site warranty would. But every time, the Alineware technical support has insisted that I find someone to help them open it up and work on it over the phone, and then I still have to FedEx it to them to have something replaced. My video board must have fried again because my screen went blank and I can't boot it up anymore. It's a $7000 laptop and it just sits there like a brick, useless. Biggest mistake, biggest waste of money I ever experienced. I wish I could get it fixed but I don't have anyone to help me with that.
