We ordered a night stand on May 15th. The proposed arrival date of the night stand was to be June 26th. It is now August 8th and we still don't have a night stand. Customer Service (Amy) is very polite about saying they'll check into it and call us back. I have gotten one phone call on July 24th saying that the night stand was in transit and that I would get an email/tracking number when it's shipped to my home. I still have no night stand and definitely no tracking number. I found out today (by calling them) that my night stand is in the warehouse. No one knows why it hasn't shipped. Great price.....terrible terrible customer service.
