When I moved into my new apartment last year my inlaws gave me this tea kettle as a house warming gift. It is so good for heating up water for a cup of soup or tea. I also use it for instant coffee. The handle is nice and wide so you have no trouble getting your hand in there and it is angled too so it makes it much easier to pour. I love that it has a trigger to open the spout and that the handle is far enough away from the kettle that your hand doesnt get burned. It sounds just like any other kettle but the look of it is beautiful. It is so shiny and has a nice rounded modern look to it. Also the bottom doesnt stain like other kettles because of the copper bottom.
As far as tea kettles go i would definitly recommend this one if your out to buy one.
