Advantages: Fun with 2 players Disadvantages: Gets old after a while
...installment of the hugely popular Resident Evil series for the Wii. This game is a lot different from any other Resident Evil game because it has more of an arcade style feeling to it. The game does have a lot of different weapons, awesome bosses, and is a blast playing with a friend. I love the feeling that I am in the game, holding a real gun, and really blowing zombies away. However, I miss the more traditional Resident Evil experience. I wouldn't ...

Advantages: Unique game play Disadvantages: too easy
A new type of resident evil game, but the this time is on WII!!!. So. let's see how thedev team can enhance the game with the Wii featured function. The playing method is quite different from the other works of resident evil. Instead of controling the movement of the character, you only need to shoot the zombies with the Wii remotes and the movement will be handled by the program. This makes me remember an old sega first person shooting game. You ... ...on the tv and shoot them. This really gives you a feeling yhat you are really facing zombies and other monstrous creatures. You may also pick up items and save them for the next missions.
This game also eneables two-player mode that you may ask for other's help to complete missions. This game in fact isn't hard for you to complete, for me it just only took me around a week with all missions pass including those hidden missions and challenge missions. ...

Advantages: a great arcade style zombie shooter which is compatible with the wii zapper Disadvantages: a little short if high scores are not your thing
The resident evil series has been popular upon many but does this new wii arcade style zombie shooter live up to the high standards of it's predecessors?
The game has a good atmosphere and a story that re-visits previous Resident Evil games. It has good graphics and a good soundtrack which adds a certain eerie mood to it. This game requires you to blast your way through levels shooting zombies and fighting huge bosses.
The game is compatible with ... ...game it's self is reletivly short but the arcade style of it all keeps you coming back for more. It has co-op play which makes it very enjoyable with friends.
Overall this game is a great arcade zombie shooter but it can feel a little short if high scores are not your thing. If you a looking for a great wii zapper compatible arcade shooter look no further however if you are looking for something deeply involving look some where else. ...

umberella chronicles Review ofResident Evil: The Umbrella Chronicles for Wiiby

Advantages: great game play Disadvantages: needs to be played with the zapper for the best experience
this is a decent game when you use the wii remote but is made amazing by the introduction of the wii zapper! there is a good story line and a great array of weapons and enemys to kill. there is a boss at the end of every level and as you would expect they range in difficulty compared to how far into the game you get. the graphics are of a decent quality and when using the zapper it reminds me of an arcade game, there are many levels ranging from ... ...decrepid mansion, the enemys range in difficulty and some weapons you pick up can be used to a greater effect on different enemys, the to player co-op missions are fun and are the same levels as the main single player campaign. i recomend that you buy this game along with the wii zapper for the best experience. ...

Advantages Graphics, the story, the fighting, it's fun Disadvantages the dodging!
...This game made me jump so many times, the graphics are so good that I was jumping out of my skin!
I've played this game for hours on end, and I must say, that it is so much better if you're playing it 2 player! One player, I found, was really difficult, and i haven't completed all the one player levels yet because of this.
The grading system of D/C/B/A etc, is good because it makes you want to acheive the highest level possible, and keeps you playing the game.
The controls are good, but the parts where you have to dodge are quite difficult to get.
I got this game when it first came out, but I would definately recommend getting it now that the price has gone down on it....

Advantages Long game, pretty sweet light-gun mechanics. Disadvantages The bizarre inclusion of movie info, but the reducing of characters. O_O
...ust like the zombies in the games themselves, Capcom has resurrected its gun survivor franchise and has unleashed ResidentEvil: The UmbrellaChronicles on unsuspecting Wii owners. The last gun survivor game here in the US came out in 2003 (RE: Dead Aim) and was actually a pretty decent offing. UmbrellaChronicles turns ResidentEvil 0, REmake (the Gamecube version of ResidentEvil 1), and RE3 into light gun games, and throws in an all-new location to boot. This is one nostalgic trip down blood soaked memory lane for ResidentEvil fans. But people just looking for a good time will find it here as well.
RE: UC takes players on a nostalgic filled trip through RE0, the Remake, and RE3 in light gun shooting form, and it's all narrated by captain bad-ass himself, Albert Wesker! Relive the train of death with Billy and Rebecca; walk...
