When the RCA RP5013 is in automatic voice activated-recording mode, the recorder will sense the sound a begin recording immediately, and to save on power, it will stop recording once the sound stops. A built-in microphone gives you the convenience of "hands-free" recording, and a 35-millimeter dynamic speaker lets you playback your recording with excellent clarity. Two folders can hold up to 198 total messages, allowing you to categorize your recordings, and a handy date/time stamp helps you easily identify what date and time each recording was made. To round out the excellent features of this digital recorder, an "intro scan" allows you to preview the message content of each recording, helping you to find the exact recording you need exactly when you need it.
