...The software provided with the Dymo LabelWriter 400 is fantastic. I have it set up so that is has a template with the company logo, return address, phone numbers and website on there. so, if I need an address label, I simply choose my template, insert the address and print. (it really is that simple) not only that i save the address that i just inserted and if i ever need to print another of the same label, it is just one click away.
The software ... ...into excel and click the Dymo tab in the add-ins tab. It loads all the address into whichever template i choose and then print.
There are so many different label sizes you can choose from. I have never had trouble finding the size that I need.
The only problem I have had is when I change labels, then try to print, it sometimes does not realize that there is a different label in there and it just doesn't print until I unplug it, then plug it back ...

...a desktop label printer by Brother very useful for people who often shipping packages. QL-570 is a compact printer it just size a big as your phone. It has 3 button at front along with status LED, the three button function for power, paper feed, and paper cut. At the top there's a lid for putting the labels rool and at the bottom there's a output tray for prints result. At the back there's power and USB port.
QL-570 uses thermal printing, so it ... ...to replace the ink. Printing one label takes about 1 second. It also provide Brother's P-touch Editor software for Mac and PC. This software allow us to create address labels and also many template to make scrap book.

first thing i wanna say about this product is good. for college user it's more than enough. You can do scan, copy and print on one machine.
one thing that i like and use it a lot is the copier, i can copy my document in my home, and it really useful on emergency situation.
The photo printer is average. i say so because, it really need a skill to make a good photo. the quality of the photo really depend on your photo paper and the editing skill. ...
