I had a few issues with it lately with the paper not catching when it was time to print out a document . i had to feed the paper so it would catch but other than that the product works fine. I had no problems with it from the time i purchased it with the computer until now. That minor setback is not major. ...the same pics on the Canon iP4500. The print quality is the same. The only way I could tell which was which was by the watermark on the back of the photo paper. Duplex Printing - this feature was a must for me. Why waste paper....I print a lot of multi-page documents (emails) and I get tired of wasting paper.
