...having, the solution provided by HP was "replace faulty cartridge." No thank you! I'm not buying three $65 cartridges to replace brand-new ones that hadn't even been used yet. The HP Officejet 7310 is an all-in-one colour printer, scanner, copier and fax machine. With built in networking capabilities so that multiple users can access it's a pretty good all rounder. We got this one for free from grandma who thought it was broken. Wifeys uncle tried to fix but he could not get the job done. Turns out that the feed tray thing on the back was popped off a bit and feeding paper crooked. We told wifes dad, but he had already bought grandma a new printer so we got to keep it.
