I use this fax machine in my office and I have to say that it's one of the most irritating fax machines I have ever used. Yes it gets the job done on both the giving and receiving end of faxes and with the quality you'd expect from Canon. However, if you're planning to fax a document of more than one page, be prepared to get into a wrestling match with this machine as it tries to suck up three pages at once. This canon printer is my second printer, I did not have such a good experience with my first HP brand printer, which only last about six months and have the highest number of paper jam that I ever see in my life.
