I had a few issues with it lately with the paper not catching when it was time to print out a document . i had to feed the paper so it would catch but other than that the product works fine. it is an easy to install usb printer (doesnt come with usb lead) and has a control centre to help you with cleaning the heads etc and it even speaks to you to tell you its printing and when its stopped. very exciting ! The speed is not blinding on its normal setting and photo is slow, but bearable. It can do upto 4800 x 1200 dpi but that would be very slow.
