My experience with this product has been ok . I had a few issues with it lately with the paper not catching when it was time to print out a document . i had to feed the paper so it would catch but other than that the product works fine. I had no problems with it from the time i purchased it with the computer until now. That minor setback is not major. I have been using Hp deskjet 1280 for around more than a year now almost {i think}. The only time when my product wasn't working was during the service time of the printer, that too lasted only for an hour.
Believe me, the printer is very very versatile. The maximum size of printer paper that can be put is universal A3 size. The printing quality is very crisp and the color quality is just too good.
