We use this printer in the office where I work. I have not had any problem out of it. It hardly ever jams and works when you need it to. It is a large copier so you will need to make room to place it somewhere. However, for a printer that has as many functions as this one does, I cannot blame it for being big. I have been using Hp deskjet 1280 for around more than a year now almost {i think}. The only time when my product wasn't working was during the service time of the printer, that too lasted only for an hour.
Believe me, the printer is very very versatile. The maximum size of printer paper that can be put is universal A3 size. The printing quality is very crisp and the color quality is just too good.
