We use this printer in the office where I work. I have not had any problem out of it. It hardly ever jams and works when you need it to. It is a large copier so you will need to make room to place it somewhere. However, for a printer that has as many functions as this one does, I cannot blame it for being big. HP Deskjet D1560 is good for personal use it's cartridge cannot last for long in a business environment which means you will have to buy so many of them and thus is costly and do you know buying up to 5 cartridges both black and white is enough for you to buy one new HP Deskjet, once it has be come slow in printing or you've started experience problem with it just exposed it and buy a new one. It is rated at 16 ppm for black and white printing which is an acceptable rate for home use. You an even use it for office work but only is the load is moderate and that too with special configuration of options. Paper jams are rare and easily manageable.
