I had a few issues with it lately with the paper not catching when it was time to print out a document . i had to feed the paper so it would catch but other than that the product works fine. I had no problems with it from the time i purchased it with the computer until now. That minor setback is not major. I got this printer for 25 bucks and it is a very good deal. Although overall performance isn't very astonishing, this printer does the job. It can print, copy, scan, which is pretty much what I need. Drivers installation might sometimes gives trouble, especially on the part when you have to plug the USB cable.
