Now this is the kind of deep fryer that I like using. It has like a strainer in it that you can strain the grease off. It really cooks very well and is real tastey. Now it does get really hot though, so you got to watch and not get burnt. But it is simple to use and cooks food in no time at all. It does not take long for it to heat up either. I cook alot of chicken and fries in mine and they taste as if you went out to eat at a restruant. It does not take long to clean at all and is very easy to maintain. It is pretty good on the safety, so kids don't get burned. I love the design.
