Now this is the kind of deep fryer that I like using. It has like a strainer in it that you can strain the grease off. It really cooks very well and is real tastey. Now it does get really hot though, so you got to watch and not get burnt. But it is simple to use and cooks food in no time at all. It does not take long for it to heat up either. Works perfectly, and requires little cleanup. It comes with dual baskets and stays hot while using it and I love using it. Would buy two if I could. I can be adjusted in temperatures, and is an attractive appliance.
