This has several functions that I like. It can be used to for AM/FM radio, as an alarm clock and to play an iPod on the radio. I used it as an alarm clock for a long time, and the more I used it the more difficult it became to adjust the time to what I wanted. There seemed to develop a short and the time would jump ahead too far or not move at all and it became impossible to go back in time. This problem carried over to changing the radio stations ...
