This kind of radio is not as good as it even looks. Yes it is portable and very simple looking but it gets a lot of static in it when you take it outside. It just doesn't play as clear as it should or that I would have hoped. The features are ok. It is not really too big but the quality isn't to good either. This is a nice looking radio and very portable. It has a nice little remote that comes with it. Battery last for a long while without going dead. It can also be plugged in. It is so easy to carry around and has a nice quality sound. It is very easy to use. It is not to big at all and is very light. My kids love it and it has very clear sound coming from the speakers. This has several functions that I like. It can be used to for AM/FM radio, as an alarm clock and to play an iPod on the radio. I used it as an alarm clock for a long time, and the more I used it the more difficult it became to adjust the time to what I wanted. There seemed to develop a short and the time would jump ahead too far or not move at all and it became impossible to go back in time. This problem carried over to changing the radio stations ...
...bit more difficult to use. Now I leave the station and don't use the alarm. Also, the quality of sound is not exceptional. It's good for background music, but not really a radio I'd want to have jamming at a party. Overall, I'd say that I have enjoyed this player. This is a nice portable radio and alarm clock to have. It is very good about waking us up for either work or for school. It works really good and it is very loud when it goes off.
