This is a nice portable dvd player to have when going on a trip or even when the power goes out. The graphics are really good and the volume is pretty loud. It will play two or three movies before the battery dies. I bought one about five years ago and it still works like new. It has never tore up since I have had it. I have to admit that this was a bit of an impulse purchase but I am amazed at how much we have actually used it. This little DVD player can literally go everywhere with me. I can fit it into my bag or the diaperbag and, because it's about the size of a portable cd player, my son can hold onto it in the car and watch dvds.
