Polaroid Spectra Light Lock - close-up lens

The Polaroid Light Lock Non-Contacting Close-Up Lens fits all Polaroid Spectra cameras. The lens lets you take photographs at 10 inches (25.4cm) without making contact with the object being photographed. The lens attaches easily and securely to the front of the camera and lets you take pictures that are 50 percent the size of the actual object (1/2 to 1). There are two ways to focus with the lens. One is a system of triangulating lights that form a single spot when the camera is at the correct focus distance. Because the single spot is in the center of your picture, you do not need to look through the viewfinder to frame your picture. The other focusing method is a built-in 10-inch measuring cord. The focusing lights on the close-up lens require two alkaline AA batteries for operation.
