...from my office is this GN Netcom 9330 Wireless Headset. This is a very sleek and attractive looking wireless headset. In my line of work, I am constantly walking around the office and checking on my employees. There comes a time when you are expecting an important call from a customer and you are going to be away from your desk. With this Netcom wireless headset, you don't have to worry about missing any calls ever again. This unit works much like ... ...it fits securely around your head. This is actually quite comfortable to wear. I am so used to wearing this headset that I forget that I have it on sometimes. I have actually met a client for lunch and still had my headset on. The only complaint I have is that It leaves this dent in your hair that does not look good at all! The headset comes with a stand where that holds the headset keeping it from laying on the desk. The stand also charges the headset ...

Advantages: Comfortable, easy to use, great sound Disadvantages: Not the VOIP version, still a bit expensive
I've been using the Plantronics CS-50 wireless headset for almost two years now and thought it was about time I reviewed it for you. My boss travels a great deal and sometimes he can't get to the internet to see his emails. That means he calls me and I type up his replies while we talk. After finding out that holding the regular phone's handset and typing was causing me problems with my neck, and could have resulted in getting a pinched nerve, we ... ...and then we bought this Plantronics model.
This particular model is made to be used with a corded phone, and connecting it is a true breeze. Just plug the handset of your corded phone into the bottom of this, then plug the machine into the place where the handset was previously, and finally plug this into the electricity and basically, you're ready to go. Of course you'll need to put the headpiece in the cradle first and let that charge up, but ...

Advantages: Never touch your phone again Disadvantages: None!
The Plantronics HL-10 handset lifter makes the normal Plantronics headset come alive. Never again touch your phone while using a headset. In fact, often the worst thing about using a headset has to be lifting the receiver off the base to pick up a call. What's the point of having a headset if you still have to pick up the phone? This lifter does exactly that. It lifts the phone from its base allowing you to answer the phone on your headset without ... ...a button on the side of your headset. Three available settings allow the lifter to pick up just about any type of phone. Add a wireless headset to this lifter and experience the true joy of multitasking. This thing will change the way you perform your job. If you have a headset and no lifter, you are truly missing out. ...

Advantages: Wireless, Good Range, Light Weight Disadvantages: Cost is High, worth it.
The Plantronics CS70 - headset is possibly the best headset Plantronics makes. This is also stated by the sticker price associated with it. While the headset receiver/base takes up very little desk space, the wireless headset makes very little intrusion on your face and ear. An over the ear design and light clear plastic boom makes for great comfort when wearing the headset for extended periods of time. I tend to have mine on at least five out of ... ...tenderness associated from its use. I have never been able to say that about a headset before! The wireless range is also good, passing through doors and around walls gives me very few problems. Occasionally when I am making copies away from my desk and am on the phone, one of my clients will ask "What's that noise?" I almost always reply with it's the copier… I have a wireless headset on. This always leads me to telling them (or bragging) about ...

Advantages: Wireless, Easy to Use, Great Range Disadvantages: High Cost, but worth it.
The Plantronics CS70 with HL10 handset lifter - headset is responsible for removing the crick in my neck! At work, I am always on the phone and computer. I used to hold the handset on my shoulder while I typed in order to multi-task. This device has taken multi-tasking to a whole new level. First, my hands are free to type. Second, my head is not bent over holding the phone. Third, this thing is wireless and it has a pretty good range. This means ... ...know the phone is ringing as the headset beeps in my ear. And don't forget that this is one of the most stylish headsets Plantronics makes, keeping you in the 'cool' around the office. Just a few uses and everyone will want one. It's pretty pricy but really worth it. ...
