Introducing the first audio CD-recorder with MP3-CD playback, Philips CDR800 ACDR with 3-CD changer provides easy programming of more than 90 tracks for recording compilations and utilizes two recording speeds for advanced internal recording. The CDR800 also incorporates premium Digital Audio Converter (DAC) for superior playback quality. Engineered to be future-proof, the CDR800 is designed for easy upgrading to even recognize new music formats. In addition to recording, the CD-Recorder has a 4-disk changer mode that utilizes all decks for playback or shuffle, to provide longer listening pleasure. Focusing on quality and the integrity of the music recorded, Philips Continuous Laser Calibration ensures that the CD-Recorders keep the maximum quality of writing by continuously adjusting the laser power. The CDR800 features the Continuous Laser Calibration technology and sample rate converters that automatically convert audio signals with different sampling rates to the CD standard (44.1 kHz). This model uses AudioCore with Bitsync technology in the drives for 100-percent accurate copies, ensuring that no music information is lost during the recording process. CDR800 also plays back all audio CDs including CD-Recordable and CD-Rewritable disks. A full-feature remote also is included.
