So, I arrive at walmart and ask one of the customer service to show me the dvd players, I had been needing a replacement ever since my dog pulled a wire down from my old dvd player and broke the things. So I ask him which one he thinks is the best dvd player. He shows me this bute (The Panasonic S53S). I wasnt really a electronic expert at that time, so i just bought it thinking that there could be no harm done. When I rented a movie to test out my new dvd player for the first time, I slipped the dvd in. Wallaah! The didn't make a noise. So while I am watching the movie, I notice that the volume and sound texture is diffrent and that the picture detail is a lot better than my old one. This Thing could sure charm! Eventually about 5 or 6 weeks after that first movie, I accidentaly pushed it off the top of my TV screen and a dvd was stuck down in the back. Out came the screw-driver, I came to the conclusion that the dvd player was hopeless..so i just yanked off the cover with my driver.I aquired the dvd alright, When i plugged the dvd player back in (It had sustained quite a lot of damage) i popped in a movie thinking it was just broken....Well, two hours later I was amazed that i had just watched a whole movie on a dvd player that had no top and that was severely damaged on the bottom....I still am using it 3 months later! This thing is amazingly tough! I recommend it more than any other dvd player there ever was or will be to come. THIS THING IS A BUTE!
