I used to have one of these, and even today I'd say it would be a useful PDA. The main advantage of the 728 is its tiny keyboard, which although the device can be slipped into a large coat pocket quite easily, can still be typed on by someone with small fingers. I spent hours and hours trying to find software that actually worked on this machine, one package I can recommend is textmaker, much better than pocket word.
