I recently received this toaster as a gift from my mother. I am replacing all my old kitchen appliances with new stainless steel appliances.This toaster has been a lifesaver my grandchildren enjoy making toast for breakfast and dinner. The toast is always evenly toasted on both sides of the bread. Although, it is a little deep you should be careful when taking the toast out of the toaster when the toast pops up it is even with the top of the toaster and you may touch the toaster with your fingers, I haven't burnt my fingers it is just really warm when you remove the toast. I have not had any problems with anything else the performance has been great and I love the way it looks, it is really pretty.
