This monitor has a bright display and a clear picture. I was able to watch movies on my PC, and feel like I was watching them in a theater. Eight buttons lie along the bottom edge of the screen.. completely unobtrusive, so that you can adjust brightness, contrast, aspect ratios.. all without having to flip though 100 or so different items to get to what you want. The open base and flat screen allows you to fit the monitor into much smaller areas, and tilt the display to suit your needs: up, down, left, or right. The monitor is durable, although not really scratch resistant. Do not let people touch the screen, it could damage it. (Mine has a small damaged area in the corner.) All in all, it is a good buy, and an excellent value for what you pay.
