Manufacturer's product description
The NAD C730 completely redefines how much performance and versatility can be built into an economy receiver. It sounds superb, and comes with amenities such as RDS station identification, two tape loops, and 30 tuning pre-sets. NAD receivers have always stood out from the rest, as the engineers never compromised the quality of a receiver compared to that of separate components. The C730 is an excellent illustration of this philosophy. The performance of the amplifier and tuner sections exceeds that of many other separate components and equals that of NAD separate components. The C730 is fully remote controlled and comes supplied with the NAD C Series system remote control. And because the C730 also has NAD Link, the remote control will also operate many other NAD products such as CD players, tape decks, and tuners. Other design features include a generous power supply with overrated output devices that further lead to low noise and low distortion for the entire amplifier. Although the protection circuitry will protect the amplifier against blatant cases of abuse, such as short-circuiting the speakers, it doesn't intrude on or impair the integrity of the signal even under the most demanding conditions. If you are serious about the quality of your music, but do not want to spend a fortune, the NAD C730 becomes an obvious choice: No superfluous features, easy to use and, above all, excellent performance.
