This is an old phone, so for a flip phone it may be chunkier than modern flip phones (such as razor and the other variations of slim phones).
It is, however, a good phone. It is simple and easy to use. It does have voice recognition which makes calling using the ear piece more convenient.
The buttons are small so I would not recommend it for the elderly. however, the screen is large and the voice recognition is superb so, as long as the names are stored, calling is just a click away.
I liked the fact that you could silence it and ignore calls with one touch when the phone was closed.
I also liked that you can send text messages to emails with this phone. I miss this capability.
You can also buy cool covers and revamp your phone easily from time to time.
Sturdy phone, lasted a long time. The main problem was the battery life: lasts about 1-2 years but this is a motorola problem, more than the actual phone.
And, I wish it had speaker phone.
