I actually had this phone and ended up trading it in. Overall its not bad but i really think the best thing about it is the slim nature of the phone as opposed to features.

THe most important part of any phone, the ability to hear and people to hear you, works great. The buttons are araanged well and are good size. The screen size and resolution of the screen is also very good. The camera is good and bad. For the good it works great and takes pretty good pictures.

Now for the problems. I always found it to run slow compared to any cell phone i owned. The battery life sucked ( trade off for size) so with talking to clients as much as i do that just did not cut it. I dont know if they fixed this but mine would not do ring and vibrate it was either or.
