My cell phone has a contract with TracFone, so some of the features have been disabled. One feature, the web browser has a history of not working on this model phone, and that trend follows on my phone, so it's a gamble to get one that works. But it's buttons are a good size for texting. A great bonus is its size which fits in your palm and is quite thin. It's a great non-flip phone, and another winner from Motorola. But with good design of the phone comes battery sacrifice. Here was the disappointment of it all, after about 2 ½ months the battery lasted for only about 2 whole days before have to be recharged. So while the battery like actually lasted it was a great and cool cell phone.
