Miracle

The Miracle is a Walt Disney movie telling the inspiring true story of the 1980 United States Ice Hockey Team's triumph in the 1980 Olympic games. This movie is filled with non-stop hockey action and suspense. The movie stars Kurt Russell as the hockey team's newly appointed coach, and he is tasked with selecting 26 hockey players to play on the USA Hockey Team. He must turn them into a team that believes they can achieve the impossible. The coach selected his players, not because of their specific talents but because of their ability to play as a team to achieve the Olympic Gold. Kurt Russell spent all his energy on teaching and training the team to defeat the Soviet Union, the current reigning world champions. The team played liked they never played before, and in the end the coach realized his lifelong dream of coaching the USA Hockey Team to Olympic Gold.

This movie had a great story behind it. The team players learned a lot about playing as a team and building trust in each other. The story takes place during the Cold War between the United States and the Russia. This movie is very inspiring to people, and it makes them feel a sense of pride and 'ability to accomplish anything'. A real feel-good movie.
