The Minuteman SmartSine UPS line maintains today's vital equipment despite utility power fluctuations and/or failures. Each unit provides a line-interactive design with true sinewave output, a rich feature set, and a lower price than competitive models. In addition, Minuteman's powerful voltage regulators stabilize and condition input AC power anomalies providing today's sensitive electronic equipment with clean AC power. With Minuteman's unique Independent Battery Bypass technology, the SmartSine UPS will continue to correct and condition incoming AC power without shutting down output power to your equipment even if the UPS batteries become discharged or disconnected. Each SmartSine Series model includes a serial communications cable and a CD with web browser-based Minuteman SentryII power management and shutdown software. This powerful software affords the user the ability to shutdown the connected computer as well as an unlimited number of servers or workstations on the same network, even machines using different operating systems or third-party UPS devices. Each SmartSine UPS includes a built-in expansion slot for optional accessories like the Minuteman Computer Interface Card - an SNMP card that allows monitoring and management of the UPS via web browser or standard NMS system, the Minuteman Computer Interface Card with Environmental Monitoring Device kit for monitoring temperature/humidity conditions via the UPS through a browser, and the Multi-RS232 Ports Card that allows one SmartSine UPS to send a shutdown command to 3 different computers when using the standard Minuteman SentryII monitoring and diagnostic software.
