Minolta's CF30 color system is a new concept for corporate color use. Possibly its most attractive feature is its multifunctionality - as the ideal entry level solution for occasional color copying, affordable b/w laser printing (cheaper than inkjet technology), network printing, presentations and OHPs (e.g. Excel or Powerpoint) and training or technical documentation. The CF30's multifunctionality makes office life easier in routine tasks such as copying, printing and scanning. As a copier, the CF30 is built for speed. Its direct copy feature means there is no longer any need to scan images via a computer. By scanning and printing directly, the CF30 provides high image quality and fast copy speed. It copies originals of up to A4 in size at a resolution of 300 dpi, 64 gradations and 3 A4 copies per minute (cpm) in full color or 12 cpm in black and white. The CF30's basic copying features include a zoom range of x0.5 - x2.0 (preset or variable), a multiple-copy facility of 1-99 and color/contrast adjustment. Unlike a normal laser printer, the CF30 produces multiple copies of documents without stopping the user from carrying on working at a computer - a time-saving advantage.
