Microsoft Zune 30 GB

REALLY LOVE MY ZUNE!!! AT FIRST TIME I USED IT I WAS DISAPOINTED BECAUSE I DIDN'T KNOW HOW TOSTORE MUSIC AND HOW ORGANIZE MY PLAYLIST AND I WAS THINKING TO SWITCH IT FOR AN IPOD VIDEO,BUT LATER WHEN I EXPLORED THE THE SOFTWARE INSTALLED ON MY PC I STARTED TO MAKING PLAY LISTS,DELETING MUSIC AND NOW "I FEEL LIKE A FISH IN THE WATER" NOW I EVEN BRING MY ZUNE TO MY FRIENDS 'PARTIES AND I PLA Y MY FAVORITE MUSIC AND PLAY THEIR FAVORITE MUSIC TOO. THE SECRET KEY FOR DELETE AND MOVE MUSIC IS THE RIGTH MOUSE BOTTOM.

Advantages: Easy to use, lots of neat features
Disadvantages: Initial setup could be difficult

...I was looking for an all around video/audio player, and I found it. The Zune with the most current software is my favorite geek device of all. I've used iPod's before and they're okay, but they were more expensive. The Zune and with it's updated software allows me to download music, podcast, videos and tv shows. It even has a built in FM radio (which doesn't work as well as I hoped.) The best part is that I can wirelessly synch it to my laptop. I haven't bought the adapter a/v cable to hook it up to my TV yet, but I plan too. The battery life is around 5 hours with wireless enabled. With the wireless disabled around 8 hours, perfect for a work day. (Or jury duty) One of the problems that I originally had was that after I took it out of the box it froze a lot, but that was resolved when I let it charge overnight. A second... Read review

...I have borrowed my sister's Zune plenty of times. I enjoy listening to music, the radio, watching videos, and also movies. It holds over thousands of songs. I prefer it over the infamous Ipod because the screen is larger so I can see and enjoy movies better. And unlike the Ipod you can connect and share music with other Zunes. The downside is that it is pretty costly at around $200. If you don't mind spending some cash then this is great for you. Also it is pretty thick and it is not very portable. However, it is stylish, has good sound quality, and has an FM tuner. I was happy to hear that they now have games available that you can play. The Microsoft Zune is a great exception the the Apple I-pod. I recommend that you buy this product and have a great time uding it.... Read review

Advantages: Screen size and 30gb.

...I bought this primarily because it has a built in fm tuner. For some reason it seemed really galing to me that other brands had the nerve to make us get an attachment to listen to the radio. That being said here goes the pro's and con's for me. Pros- Attractive- Some find it a bit bulky, but as someone who grew up carrying walkman cassette players or portable cd players, the size is not too much for me. I like the matte texture because it gives the player a soft look and makes scratches less likely. Large Screen- The screen is very nice, I would not want to spend hours and hours watching it, but it is crisp and clear with great color. 30GB- This is plenty of space for me to keep all of my music and then some.
