This card is very similar to san-disks ultra memory pro duo. I guess this is sony's answer to show they have high speed cards too. This one works very much like the san-disk and provides quick saving of ones information, it is, however not necessary for a regular user of a camera (like I am). This memory card does exactly what it says it does. WOW! it's super fast. I use it in my digital camera and have never had a problem with hitches in between shots and all my pictures are always saved perfectly. I also have a sony card which works great too. I think this high speed is more for gamers who use the ps2 and need their games to be saved more quickly. It is great to have for your camera, but is not totally necessary as the regular cards ...
