Hello, as you know are Italian and then you gift recipes true of my country .This is an appetizer meat in the city of Bologna.
is a recipe that dates back to medieval times, is a poor recipe.Even today called The patè of the poor ........... but today is considered an excellent appetizer.
The recipe is: mortadella mousse.


INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE:

11 onces of mortadella.
6 onces of fresh cream to assemble.
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese authentic.

PREPARATION:

Pour into mixer:pieces of mortadella, parmesan cheese powder.
We must obtain a cream.
Mount the fresh cream, with attention.Pour the whipped cream on mortadella.and gently,move the spatula .from above to below.
To serve the mousse in small cups with slices of toasted bread.
Serve as an aperitif drinking an excellent sparkling wine.
An excellent "Prosecco di Conegliano "...... naturally cold.
