This is an upgraded toaster! Able to 'cut' out the shape of triangle and toast it. Many would enjoy their breakfast or tea break when the serving is neat. With this sandwich maker, it makes everything so neat. You do not need a knife to cut its shape, so there will be lesser bread crisps dropping all over, especially when it is toasted, crispy, and u have to cut it! Since my last one broke I actually got one of these. This is in addition to the other two that somehow we got for christmas from different relatives. Suffice to say I have tried them all. ...her review grilled cheese is good, i do prefer that the old fashioned way though. THis is probably more healthy though since you do not have to grill it with butter unless you choose to. I tyically use this after a big meal. For examle the boss ( aka wife) makes a turkey and dressing dinner. Using one of these is probably the easiest thing you can do. I have never burnt anything I have chose to put in it. It has an indicator light which tells you that what you have put inside to cook is done. Wonderful idea. Especially if you are easily distracted when you are using this. I have three kids that are constantly using this. They make grilled cheese sandwiches mostly. I have seen them use livermush to cook in it. Actually that worked great. ...
