We got this game to play over christmas last year as we were the venue for the christmas festivities for the family. I really love this game as you can have the option of single player or multiply players. If you choose single player, you will play against the computer.
The game consists of the " Star Carnival", which is the main page from where you select which activities you wish to play. The Star Carnival is made up of: Party Tent - In here you have board style games which you can play up to 4 players either against each other or as 2 Vs 2.
Star Battle Arena - Here you can play against 1 player on the board style games.
Minigame Tent - These are a selection of quick arcade style games, again multiply or single player, these also appear on the board style games depending on which squares you land on.
Extra's Zone - Selection of mini games you can play with your Wii Mii's however these do not appear during the main board games.
Fun Bazaar - Here you can "Cash In" carnival cards which you collect as you play other parts of the game. You can "Cash" these in to unlock mini games and other extras.
Characters include Mario, Luigi, Peach, Daisy, Waluigi, Wario, Dry Bones, Toad, Toadette, Yoshi, Boo & Birdo. The is also Blooper & Hammer Bro whicvh appear once you have fulfilled a certain criteria.
Great fun for all the family or friends. Would recommend for parties or get togethers. It also keeps the kids entertained, even when they play on their own against the computer.
