It works fine. It is a "must buy." They have various versions depending on hard drive size. Pros: Nice, vivid screen. Small and compact. Easy, clear words in the songs and in the menu. They have many choices in the menu for you to choose from. You can also set a volume limit if you think your child is listening to music way too loud. Cons: The instruction manual is very hard to read. The buttons are really small. And, you can't play movies on it. ...

I got this for my daughter (8) for christmas. It is so easy for her to use and very easy to download music. I totally recommend this to parents of tween girls! I think creative ZEN Neeon is a good product to choose if you are looking for a mp3 player. As mentioned in the name of the product, the capacity of 5gb will be enough for many of your needs. I don't have a very large capacity of songs in my computer but I can still say I am a music addict.
