I received this MP3 Player as a Christmas gift in 2006. This was a terrible, low quality MP3 Player. Although it was easy to use in terms of uploading music, manuevering through the menus, playing music, etc, there were several occasions when it would shut off and restart on it's own when I was walking or riding the subway, almost as if it was rebooting itself. I bought this small mp3 player because I needed something that was both a cheap first mp3 player and also something that was tiny. I saw this advertised online and paid just £18/$34 dollars for it. It is only 1GB but, I find that what I need it for it is fine - it stills holds in the region of 250-300 songs depending on song length and the battery life is excellent. The earphones it comes with are small and discreet and don't hurt my ears so big bonus there! I love this little portable media player. I got it from Fry's Electornics for $49.99 with a $10 mail in rebate. One of the best $40 I have spent. Very lightweight, stores the amount of music I have currently with space for plenty more.
