This is a great mp3 player but the stuff installed on it could be better. You can also update this players programs. THe sound is really clear and it is small and is even able to fit inside your pocket. It is hardly noticable when you go out in public with it. I was getting so frustrated with the crappy i tunes that I bought myself a Zune. The Zune 4GB is very impressive with the vivid screen & the Zune software. The software was easy to download and use with the Zune. I love the small size. I cannot express how satisfied I am with the wireless sync and how easy it is! I tried many of the other products on the market. IPOD, RCA, Creative, Sansa....... This player exceeded my expectations. The software went in smoothly in both Windows XP SP2 and Windows Vista. The installation directions are easy enough that my 5 year old installed it on his XP SP2 machine. The sound quality is above average. The Video is excellent and I am very picky when it comes to video. The menu system is easily navigated. Windows media player ...
...did a fair job converting my video files but I prefer to use other software to convert my own video files. Media player is more than adequate. The few things I wish were stronger are the video control and Screen size. Battery life and recharge time is excellent. I run my unit for two hours before I fall asleep and it is still playing when I wak up even when I am watching videos. Putting in fast foward capability and a larger screen would make it ...
