I tried many of the other products on the market. IPOD, RCA, Creative, Sansa....... This player exceeded my expectations. The software went in smoothly in both Windows XP SP2 and Windows Vista. The installation directions are easy enough that my 5 year old installed it on his XP SP2 machine. The sound quality is above average. This is a very product to have and you can purchase it at target. It has a radio that comes with it and is very good for downloading music. It is very small and you can even carry around inside your pocket. You have lots of features and alos functions on it. The music is very clear and is so static free. This is one of the most popular line of product from Zen company, it was a little pricy when it was first introduce to the market, but after two years the price has finally lower down.
