scale is a must have.  The scale features the add
and weigh feature which allows you to individually
weigh each ingredient without removing any of the
contents from the bowl.  Simply rotate the base

liquids.  The interior sides of the jug are marked
with cups, ounces and milliliters so that it can
also be used as a measuring cup as well.  The jug
