The instructions are really detailed and easy to follow so I didn't have any trouble installing. It came with two AAA batteries, a case, and software which includes extra features like being able to browse back and forward on the internet by pushing a button on the mouse. The software took a while to install but it's worth it. There is a scrollbar ... ...to scroll up and down and side to side which I really love! It also comes with a wireless transmitter which can be plugged in or stored in the compartment on the bottom. I was a little hesitant to buy it because of the price but I'm glad that I did! ...
