It's a 1280 X 1024-resolution, 1.3-megapixel digital camera with a 6-element high-quality all-glass Largan lens. That means you have 4 times the clarify/quality of the original Chameleon series cameras. This four-in-one digital camera is powered by 2 AAA batteries or connected to USB port. With 16 MB of internal memory on board, you can take up to 100 images at the highest resolution before downloading to the PC. You can also take twice as many photos by switching to VGA mode (640 X 480 resolution). No more costly film to develop. With the freedom to choose which images you wish to download and save, it's like having your own film-developing studio! No more worrying about out-of-focus pictures with the Chameleon Mega's fixed-focus lens and internal automatic flash. The Chameleon also has Macro mode for taking pictures as close as 8 inches! The TV mode allows you to preview, capture and conduct slide shows on your TV screen. You can also program your VCR to record surveillance video via the Chameleon Mega's included TV cable for home or office security purposes.
