I bought this product and LOVE IT. I have not had any problems with except for the windows visa i dislike that. I love how fast it is and reliable. The dvd/cd burner is fast. This has plenty of memory and comes with great programs. The buttons are easy to access to turn the volume down and up. The screen has good resolution to watch movies on.
