Advantages: resolution is good Disadvantages: small keys
...In all fairness this lenovo is good, it comes in all black color, and screen resolution is good as well, keys are really so soft to touch. I just don't know how long is the battery span since whenever I am using it, charger is always connected. I am really trying to adjust this since its small and only 12.1" my speed in encoding has really been affected but anyhow I know I will be used to this.

I bought this laptop because my dental school decided this was the laptop everybody was going to use.
The laptop is light and sturdy. I commuted to school with my laptop in my backpack everyday. For obvious reasons, this was not good for the laptop. There must have a been a few times, when the laptop was still powered on. Because by the second year my laptop started to have problems, turns out that my disk was scratched due to "moving the computer ... ...so they fixed it. Then the hard drive failed again, a couple months after that, not sure why since I always powered down the computer before getting on my bike. The second thing that gave me problems was the CD drive. Not sure what the deal with it is. But it stopped reading and writing. Well, it first stopped writing, which was not a big deal. But then it stopped reading. I brought it in to the school repair shop and they replaced it. Another year ...

This laptop looks nice, has great features, and a good battery life, but it is very poorly made with cheap parts. I have had mine for about four months and only use it at a desk for school work and I am already having problems with keys popping off the keyboard and other small pieces falling off. I am also having problems with the keyboard's functionality-- sometimes it just decides is does not want to work (there may be a wiring problem). The sound ... ...to other laptops I have used).
