I bought this laptop because my dental school decided this was the laptop everybody was going to use. The laptop is light and sturdy. I commuted to school with my laptop in my backpack everyday. For obvious reasons, this was not good for the laptop. There must have a been a few times, when the laptop was still powered on. I like Sony Vaio for its cool looks. Sony Vaio is a fashion statement. I fell in love with it the moment i saw. I personaly use another brand but always carry a wish that one day i will lay my hands on a Vaio. The configuration is ok for me. Disadvantages: Still heats up the laptop in an hour

Lenovo recently entered the netbook market with the Ideapad S10. It uses the latest Intel Atom 1.6 GHz processor used by the earlier-released netbooks, MSI Wind, Acer Aspire, and Asus Eee PC 901. Compared to my Asus Eee 4G with an Intel Celeron 900 MHz, the speed and performance of the Intel Atom accelerated dramatically. This notebook is good to have, it's very compact, you can use it for light things, like office, it isn't made for big games because the hardware of this Notebook is not made for that.
