Apple MacBook
Review of Apple MacBook Core 2 Duo 2.2 GHz - 13.3" TFT by Jams1211

Advantages: compact, stylish, sleek
Disadvantages: glare on screen, pricey

This is an excellent laptop. I have not had any issues with any aspect of it. The size and weight makes it easy to carry around. The computer operates quickly. The design is very nice and professional looking. There are many built in features such as the camera that come in very handy. The software such as Microsoft office can transfer to other computers including desktops and non macs. The keyboard offers a similar style to that of a PC and the ... Read review

...multiplies the speed of loading and response time The price is around 1200 from what I have seen in some shopping malls, but here I am viewing by 990, which is money that you save if you buy several others and therefore more. great laptop : )
Review of Lenovo ThinkPad T61 7658 - Core 2 Duo T7500 2.2 GHz - 14.1" TFT by BiteDownHard

Advantages: great quaility, many features
Disadvantages: NONE

This laptop is very unique. It has lots of storage space in your hard drive and the keys press easily. The screen looks like a plasma screen and it has a little built in mouse right below the keys. There is also another little mouse in the middle of the keyboard. It is a little dot looking button that takes time to learn how to manever. This laptop is the one I use right now and honestly I really do think this is a good little machine. The picture ... Read review

Not a bad choice for a corporation...
Review of HP Compaq Business Notebook 6910p - Core 2 Duo T7300 2 GHz - 14.1" TFT by anvarum

Advantages: Light, nice keyboard, good battery
Disadvantages: dark screen

...with a lot of useless HP diagnostics, updates etc. I don't know why when they are marketed at corporate clients and most company's IT departments handle most of this work. In corporate laptops I think the most important areas are screen, battery life and portability. The laptop itself feels quite light and feels pretty thin. The spec's are their, you can read them but I'm talking perception. And my perception is that this is quite a bit lighter ...
...remiss in not complaining that HP has annoyed me by requiring a different power supply than my current model consumer laptop. Why do manufacturers do this? You'd think they'd save money if all there laptops (of a similar vintage and power need) would use the same adapters. The basic power supply doesn't have and way to tie up the cords which is pretty cheap. The biggest disappointment so far is the screen - it is quite dark and I can't increase ... Read review
